Jonathan spent twenty years in the United Kingdom as an institutional stockbroker and Equity Capital Manager working with UBS, Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas. Returning to Australia Jonathan commenced with Goldman Sachs JBWere before running the Oil & Gas Team at Downing Teal
Significant projects included the Qantas IPO in Europe, Telstra 1 and New Zealand Telecom, Woodside and Oz Minerals.

Vikas Pilania has been associated with buy side for over 18 years in various roles and capacities and has led global teams.
Vikas carries deep expertise in Investment risk and analytics. He has built strong function focusing on portfolio oversight and governance.
As Senior Vice President, he established the first line of defense model risk oversight function, managing compliance for quantitative, Qualitative and AI/ML models.
He has successfully started and led four cross-regional functions across the US, UK, and APAC, focusing on data science, investment risk, and new product governance.
He has built end-to-end data engineering solutions for portfolio managers, including an AI/ML model for manager research and a UI for analyzing CLO/bank loans.
Vikas also serves as a multi-asset analyst for Brown Capital and a consultant for Assetly Investments, providing expertise to Australian wealth management firms and startups.
Bachelor of Engineering degree from India and holds the CFA charter from CFA institute.

He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Bennelong Funds Management, where he was responsible for the firm’s operational platform, governance, and strategic execution through its establishment and early growth.
Rod now manages a portfolio of private investments and business interests, overseeing capital allocation, portfolio construction, and operational performance. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to investment decision-making, underpinned by deep experience in funds management operations and leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
